JAKARTA (CGK) - KUALA LUMPUR (KUL)
The Flight Took 2 hours... During the flight I only ate... ate... and ate... The weather isn't good at that time... My mom was scared. Haha... That's not funny but I can't help but laughed.

I Arrived around 10 MAL in LCCT and we ate in (XXXXX Restaurant).
We was waited for around 6 hours for the next flight to Hong Kong...

took 4 hours flight. so bored.... I was crazy...

Welcome To Hong Kong Disneyland !!!!

This is my 2nd day in Hong Kong, I went to Hong Kong Disneyland after The Peak (Madame Tussaud). The Weather Isn't good. Raining make me crazy because I should to stop playing a while there.

I Met my friends Lai Ching. I knew her from Facebook because one reason that is we got prize from AirAsia. Finally I can met her there.

Hong Kong Disneyland is the kids paradise !!! " Do I still kid ??? ", I don't think so... but I enjoyed there...

1. I getting hurt so much.
- I waiting someone till one years when I school in SMAK St.Don Bosco Padang and you know what even that girls knew my feeling she's not open her heart to me. (now she always SMS me and ask me "Yoo you still loving me?" I don't answer it till know... I just said "you're the sweetest things".
- Because I got treat by mean girls all of my life... I think dating boys is might better than girls... but in fact that is just the same !

2. Difficult to get Oriental girls... My sister said to me "Didi you must to dating Chinese not local !" why race is a problems ?

3. Girls Girls Girls... Just money grubber ! I ever spent US$200 only for a month dating... I steal my mom moneys... But my mom never mad at me even I already steal around US$1200+ her money... she just said :
"You know what... what if you born on other family's and got mother not like as me... maybe you already die now... Mommy never angry if you steal money... but what you get ? nothing right ?"
I steal remember what she said to me... I steal them US$200 for that girls and US$1000 I spent with my friends... I treat them everydays after school in KFC's... what kind of human I am...

But many people also don't know where is Indonesia but they knew Bali. And many people said to me "Indonesia is near from Guam right?" actually not ! Indonesia is the largest country in South-east Asia's.

Jakarta is city going to Megapolitan city's ! Jakarta located in Java's island. Indonesia has 5 big islands there are Sumatera, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Irian.

What happen in Jakarta now ?

Jakarta will have tallest building and the name is JAKARTA TOWER or MENARA JAKARTA. With hight 558M more high than CN Tower in Toronto, Canada (553 m), Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai, China (460 m), and KL Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (421 m). And will be finish on 2012.

Jakarta airport's Soekarno Hatta International (CGK) has 2 terminals for pessengers and new terminal 3 will be finish in this 2009. Terminal 3 is for low-coast Airlines like as AirAsia, Mandala Air, Tiger Airways, Cebu Pacific, also Value Air.

Jakarta is now growing like as other city in Asia's.

Pengumuman Bebas Fiscal Bagi Pemilik NPWP

Jakarta, 23 Desember 2008 - Sehubungan dengan pemberitaan tentang Fiskal Luar Negeri (FLN) dan sambil menunggu diterbitkannya Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) tentang Pajak Penghasilan Bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Dalam Negeri Yang Bertolak Ke Luar Negeri, kami dapat memberi keterangan bahwa mulai 1 Januari 2009 Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WP OP) dalam negeri yang tidak memiliki Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) dan telah berusia 21 (dua puluh satu) tahun yang bertolak keluar negeri wajib membayar FLN dan ketentuan ini berlaku sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2010.

Tarif FLN dalam Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah (RPP) adalah sebesar Rp 2.500.000 (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah) untuk setiap orang setiap kali bertolak ke luar negeri dengan menggunakan pesawat udara dan Rp 1.000.000 (satu juta rupiah) dengan menggunakan angkutan laut. Pembayaran FLN tersebut merupakan pembayaran angsuran Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) yang dapat dikreditkan terhadap PPh yang terutang pada akhir tahun oleh WP op yang bersangkutan setelah memiliki NPWP.
Pengecualian dari kewajiban membayar FLN bagi WP OP yang bertolak ke luar negeri dilakukan secara otomatis untuk WP OP tertentu dan dengan cara menerbitkan Surat Keterangan Bebas Fiskal Luar Negeri (SKBFLN).Yang bebas otomatis adalah
a.
WP OP yang berusia kurang dari 21 tahun
b.
Orang asing yang berada di Indonesia kurang dari 183 hari dalam 12 bulan
c.
Pejabat Perwakilan Diplomatik
d.
Pejabat Perwakilan Organisasi Internasional
e.
WNI yang memiliki dokumen resmi penduduk negara lain (termasuk pelajar/mahasiswa yang belajar di luar negeri dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas, misalnya student card)
f.
Jemaah Haji
g.
Pelintas batas jalan darat
h.
Tenaga Kerja Indonesia dengan kartu Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri (KTKLN)

Yang bebas dengan SKBFLN adalah:
a.
Mahasiswa asing dengan rekomendasi Perguruan Tinggi
b.
Orang asing yang melakukan penelitian
c.
Tenaga kerja asing di Pulau Batam, Bintan, dan Karimun
d.
Penyandang cacat atau orang sakit yang akan berobat keluar negeri atas biaya organisasi sosial termasuk seorang pendamping
e.
Anggota misi kesenian, kebudayaan, olah raga dan keagamaan
f.
Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa atau Pelajar
g.
Tenaga Kerja Indonesia selain dengan KTKLN



Tatacara pelaksanaan:
1.
Bagi yang membayar:
a.
Wajib Pajak (WP) atau penumpang tujuan luar negeri melakukan pembayaran FLN pada bank penerima pembayaran Tanda Bukti Pembayaran Fiskal Luar Negeri (TBPFLN) atau Unit Pelaksana Fiskal Luar Negeri (UPFLN) tertentu yang dapat menerima pembayaran FLN jika bandar udara, pelabuhan laut, atau tempat pemberangkatan ke luar negeri lainnya dimaksud tidak terdapat bank penerima pembayaran FLN.
b.
Penumpang tujuan luar negeri menyerahkan paspor dan boardingpass kepada petugas penerima pembayaran atau UPFLN tertentu yang dapat menerima pembayaran FLN.
c.
Petugas penerima pembayaran TBPFLN menerima paspor dan boarding pass dari penumpang dan meneliti kebenaran dokumen tersebut.
d.
Setelah menerima pembayaran FLN, bank atau UPFLN wajib mengisi formulir TBPFLN dengan benar, jelas dan lengkap dalam rangkap 3. Lembar ke-1 dan 2 diserahkan kepada penumpang beserta paspor dan boarding pass sedangkan lembar ke-3 sebagai arsip bank/UPFLN.
e.
Penumpang menyerahkan paspor, boarding pass dan TBPFLN kepada petugas konter pengecekan FLN pada saat penumpang akan menuju gerbang imigrasi untuk diteliti dan distempel tanggal pada lembar ke-1 TBPFLN selanjutnya menyerahkan lembar

ke-2 TBPFLN kepada petugas konter pengecekan FLN sebagai arsip UPFLN.



2.
Bagi yang bebas otomatis:
a.
Penumpang tujuan luar negeri menyerahkan paspor dan boarding pass ke petugas konter pengecekan FLN.
b.
Petugas konter pengecekan FLN menerima dan meneliti paspor dan boarding pass, apabila pemohon memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan atau WP OP dalam negeri berusia kurang dari 21 (dua puluh satu) tahun, maka petugas konter pengecekan FLN membebaskan secara langsung WP OP yang akan bertolak ke luar negeri tersebut.
c.
Pemohon yang tidak memenuhi syarat untuk dibebaskan dari kewajiban membayar FLN, wajib membayar FLN.



3.
Bagi yang bebas karena membayar NPWP:
a.
WP atau penumpang tujuan luar negeri menyerahkan fotokopi kartu NPWP/Surat Keterangan Terdaftar/Surat Keterangan Terdaftar Sementara (SKTS), fotokopi paspor dan boarding pass ke petugas UPFLN. Dalam hal kartu NPWP atas nama/dimiliki oleh kepala keluarga, maka anggota keluarga yang akan berangkat ke luar negeri harus melampirkan fotokopi kartu keluarga.
b.
Petugas UPFLN menerima dan meneliti fotokopi kartu NPWP/SKT/SKTS, fotokopi paspor, dan boarding pass serta fotokopi kartu keluarga, kemudian menginput NPWP pada aplikasi yang tersedia.
c.
Apabila NPWP dinyatakan valid, maka petugas UPFLN menempelkan stiker Bebas Fiskal pada bagian belakang boarding pass yang ditujukan untuk penumpang.
d.
Penumpang menyerahkan boarding pass yang telah ditempel stiker bebas fiskal pada petugas konter pengecekan FLN untuk diteliti.
e.
Penumpang tujuan luar negeri tetap wajib membayar FLN apabila:
•
Tidak dapat menyerahkan fotokopi kartu NPWP/SKT/SKTS, atau
•
Menyerahkan fotokopi kartu NPWP/SKT/SKTS namun check digit menyatakan tidak valid, atau
•
Menyerahkan fotokopi kartu NPWP/SKT/SKTS yang dimiliki oleh Kepala Keluarga tetapi tidak melampirkan kartu keluarga, atau melampirkan kartu keluarga tetapi nama penumpang tidak tercantum dalam susunan kartu keluarga tersebut.

Bagi yang bebas dengan SKBFLN:
a.
Pemohon mengisi formulir permohonan SKBFLN yang telah disediakan dan data pendukungnya untuk diserahkan ke UPFLN di bandar udara dan pelabuhan laut keberangkatan ke luar negeri atau KPP yang melaksanakan pengelolaan FLN.
b.
Petugas UPFLN menerima dan meneliti surat permohonan serta mencocokkan formulir tersebut dengan data pendukung. Apabila permohonan memenuhi syarat yang ditentukan, maka petugas menerbitkan SKBFLN serta menyerahkan lembar 1 dan 2 kepada pemohon dan lembar 3 sebagai arsip
c.
Petugas konter pengecekan FLN memberikan stempel tanggal pada SKBFLN saat penumpang akan menuju gerbang imigrasi.
d.
Pemohon yang tidak memenuhi syarat untuk dibebaskan dari kewajiban membayar FLN, wajib membayar FLN
e.
Petugas UPFLN membuat laporan penerbitan SKBFLN berdasarkan lembar 3 berserta surat permohonan dan data pendukung sebagai arsip.

Youdiha Yoseph of Jakarta Indonesia got a treat when his sister took him to Bali for a holiday, and his cousin flew from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to join them. Here's his story.





My sister's name is Lisa and she works at Indonesia AirAsia as a flight attendant. When She was free I got to holiday in Bali for three day's, two nights. I woke up at 3.30 AM to get to Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta. The plane took off at 6.35 AM, and during the flight I met Lisa's friend's. The flight took one and a half hours and we arrived at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali at 9.30 AM. There is one hour difference between Bali and Jakarta.

At Ngurah Rai we ranted a car because Bali didn't have public transportation ecept for taxis. Adter we got the car, the two of us went to a hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali. But when we arrived, the room was not ready and we had to waited for morw than 45 minutes. While waiting we went to the swimming pool to take pictures there.

When the room was ready. We put our bags in the room and changed our clothes to shirt, short pants, sun glasses, and Flip-Flops, and used sunblock. Sunblock is important in Bali because it's so hot !. Then we went to Kuta beach to sunbathe until our skin was dark. There were so many international tourist there. That night we fetched Amy from the Airport - he is our relatives from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The next day, after breakfast the three of us went to Dreamland beach with blue waters and white sand. After that we went to Tanah Lot. But we didn't have a map of Bali so we had to ask for directions. We met a motorbike driver and asked him how to get to Tanah Lotand he said "Follow me I want to go to Tanah Lot!" Bali people are so friendly. At Tanah Lot we tried to make a wish with air suci. Before making the wish me had to wash our faces with the water three times and drink the water three times. The water was tastless even though it was located near the sea. Believe it or not I felt lucky after that.

Next, we went to Kuta beach where Lisa and Amy learned how to surf. I didin't learn that because swimming there was enough for me. At night we tried nasi pedas, which taste so spicy and so hot! then we went to see the Bali bombing monument. We knew Bali had been bombed two times, and we hoped that it would not happen anymore. Save our Bali, and love our Bali.

The next day Lisa and I flew to Jakarta and Amy flew to Kuala Lumpur, and that was the end of our wonderful trip in Bali!
